Meet the Partners

Find out a little more about the 2 partners that make up our management team.

Rick Tobin

Rick Tobin has worked with clients like Google and Microsoft producing dynamic branding research while working as the Director of Research for Enquiro (but that seems like a lifetime ago) – he has also been published or interviewed for the Wall Street Journal, CNN, AdAge, and many more.

He is a big picture thinker, always considering how a product  creates and maintains a relationship with its audience. After all, people make buying decisions, and people are ruled by emotions. Nothing is as clean and cookie-cutter as traditional marketing makes it seem to be.

Rick has traveled  the globe, and it’s safe to assume that if he isn’t on the phone or at his desk working, odds are Biggi is pushing him to race or train for a triathlon and he is saying that he is “way too busy” and would “only run if someone was chasing him”.

Biggi Weischedel

Biggi’s resume reads like a global travel blog: After completing a Masters of Science in Germany, working in Management in California, finishing an MBA in Montana and studying in Colorado, she completed her doctoral degree at the University of Otago in New Zealand in 2005. Combining personal interest and passion with academic studies, her research has focused on online marketing aspects such as email marketing and web analytics. Her largest qualitative study to date has been the completion of her Ph.D. thesis, based on research into Marketing Strategy, Strategic Decision-Making and the application of traditional marketing concepts to the online environment. Specifically, Biggi’s doctoral studies focused on web analytics and their application to strategic decisions. She has taught a variety of Marketing, Computer and E-Commerce courses at the university level.

Besides her academic achievements, Biggi brings to F5 years of experience in advertising, online marketing as well as marketing strategy. Biggi’s expertise lies in qualitative research methods such as surveys; taking responsibility for study design, study building, and the interpretation of qualitative results. She has worked with companies such as Google, Yahoo and Microsoft. As an independent consultant, Biggi has completed marketing plans, competitive analyses and website design projects. Personal interest and industry developments have instigated her involvement with web analytics projects and associations.

When Biggi is not on the computer or teaching students, it is safe to assume that she is outside racing or training for triathlons.
