Tired of working for companies that thought effective marketing strategy for clients could be bottled and shaped, then spit out like some sort of assembly line widget, the management team at F5 decided to take a new look at a marketing agency.

The objective of marketing should always be to establish and continue a relationship between your brand and your client. It seems rather ‘old school’ but this philosophy was also a “refreshing” take on what has very much become a snake oil type industry.

“Let’s get back to the basics,” was our war cry.

We are the type of agency that does it right from the start; that is innovative, but not for innovation’s sake… for the client and their unique audience. It may mean we aren’t a fit for every company, but for those that are thinking along the same way, we can do some amazing things.

Besides Marketing and Online Marketing, our team has expertise in fields such as behavioural psychology and graphic design, also encompassing knowledge of sociology, statistical research, and marketing theory.

But what really sets F5 apart is a common frustration with the agency idiom of providing “deliverables” and suggestions, rather than real action and success. It is almost as if marketers are too afraid to take responsibility for their strategy; instead, choosing to remain hands-off and let the client implement everything. In the end, those agencies can always say: “That’s not the way we outlined,” or “circumstances have changed because you took too long to implement.”

We think it is “refreshing” to go back to the drawing board and really create a holistic and honest marketing relationship between brands and audience.
